How Online Yoga Works:
1. Live Guided Sessions
Classes are delivered via Zoom, and led in real time by experienced yoga teacher, Emily Ruth, who will guide participants through a functional movement class.
2. Accessible for All Levels
Sessions are beginner-friendly and designed to be engaging for people who may never have practiced yoga before, as well as those who have.
Movements are functional and accessible, and can be tailored to desk-based workers, providing support in areas that need the most attention.
3. Flexible Session Lengths
Companies can choose formats that fit their teams schedule:
Weekly 30-45 minute online sessions
One-off special event classes
Wellness workshop series (ie 6 months)
Long weekend team retreat (these can be organised as in-person events).
