Get Limber Ride Timber - Girls Shred Day - April 10th 2019


Join me in the Planks Store for the final Girls Shred Day, of the season. A fun flow to get us warmed up and limber before we head up to the Chapelle Park in Avoriaz for the epic day, run by Gypsy Snowboarding. Make the most of this coaching day by coming down to the Planks store before hand for an hour long Yoga Flow to get the body moving, working specifically into areas of the body that get tight from skiing and snowboarding. We’ll be focusing on building self confidence and overcoming fear, ready to slay a day in the park!

SPRING EQUINOX - MARCH 20TH 2019


Join me on the morning of the Spring Equinox to celebrate the sunlight returning to our lives. We'll create a moving meditation through a series of Sun Salutations as we build heat during this extended two hour workshop. Allow yourself the space and time to reassess your goals for the season ahead, and manifest them with intention as we set ourselves on a positive path. With the Equinox falling on the same day as the full moon, it’s the perfect time to align and deepen our connection to our true selves.

Late Night Yin - February 22nd 2019


Join me this February to take some time for yourself, open your heart, and allow yourself the space for a little self love and appreciation. A late night Yin session at Mountain Rehab; we’ll be moving slowly, finding the time and space to open up into the stillness and sanctuary of your inner self. This 75 minute workshop will leave you floating on air as we move deep into poses releasing fascia, opening the heart up to new possibilities, and welcoming ourselves back in.
