THE WINTER REVIVAL RETREAT
Join myself and international mountain leader, Simone Simpson, on this Restorative journey through the mountains. A week long Yoga and snowshoeing retreat in the gorgeous mountains of Morzine, allowing yourself the time to relax and feel rejuvenated. We have created a bespoke, week-long schedule that flows with purpose.
With daily yoga and guided hikes in the great outdoors, take this time to adventure and explore both outward and in, enhancing your personal Yoga practice, increasing strength and flexibility, and gaining new mountain skills and experience.

Staying in the beautiful Chalet Belle Chery, located just outside of Morzine in the hamlet of Cote D’Abroz, this area is a tranquil haven in the mountains. High up on the hill, we have amazing views over the valley which we can see from the deck where, on warmer days, we will practice morning Yoga, and in the evenings be able to enjoy the hot tub and watch the World go by - it truly is a magical place.
With Simone leading the way through the mountains, we will be heading out for daily guided hikes in this expansive area (don’t worry, there’s a day off!). Starting gently and building up our stamina, we’ll move at the pace of nature, connecting and learning about this incredible mountain area and the environment that it creates. Expand your navigational skills and understanding of the mountains as Simone shares her knowledge and experience throughout the days in the most inspiring places.

As a Yoga teacher I have experience leading classes from the Canadian Rockies, to the Himalayas, and now the French Alps! Grow your Yoga practice with 2 hours of Yoga a day. The mornings will begin with a Vinyasa Flow as we awaken the body and mind together. Moving with the breath, we'll begin to explore the body, stretching and strengthening the physical body as we move deeper within. In the afternoon, upon our return back to the chalet, we’ll unwind with a restorative Yoga session (Yin or mellow) to warm and stretch out our bodies, as we wind down and enjoy the last of the winter sun.
We will practice Pranayama (breath work), Asana (physical postures), and Meditation, throughout the week, and begin to delve a little deeper into the Self during this time we have carved out for ourselves.
Whether you're a seasoned Yogi, or a complete beginner, the classes will be adjusted to suit your level!
Culinary goods will be brought to us by our amazing Mountain Soul Series chefs. Food lovers, adventure seekers, and environmentally conscious humans, they will be cooking up a storm and providing us with the tastiest nourishment for the body and soul. All food is sourced with as little impact as possible, so expect lots of local veggies and cheeses, from the markets and fromageries in the area!
