A MULTI DAY HIKE & YOGA EXPERIENCE

2024 ROUTE | BRISON TO SAINT JEAN DE SIXT | PICK UP AND DROP OFF, MORZINE, FRANCE



Are you looking to truly experience the mountains and get away from the noise of everyday life?

Join us on a guided, multi day hike in the French Alps this Summer. We’ll move mindfully, traversing paths, crossing rivers, and taking in the views as we journey deeper within our Self. Expect laughter, challenges, and time to decompress through the power of nature.

Yoga, breath work and meditation will be woven through the 3 day hike, creating an experience you’ll remember for years to come. Exploring with our mountain guide, we’ll stay overnight in traditional refuges, watching the sun set and the moon rise high in the mountains.

 WHAT’S INCLUDED


2 Nights Accommodation | Staying in traditional refuges, high in the mountains, we can watch the sunset and the moon rise. Expect dormitory sleeping arrangements, and welcome in the simplicity of staying so close to nature.


Guided Hiking | We have an incredible mountain guide, Dylan Fournier, leading us into the mountains, & taking us off the beaten track! Three days of discovery, challenge, and views that will stay with you for years to come.

Yoga | I’ll be guiding you through Yoga, breath work and meditation in the great outdoors. We’ll work with the terrain, and find the best places to roll out our mats along the way, allowing nature to inspire our practice. We’ll move together, grounding and opening, supporting our bodies through this adventure, and leaning into new spaces within.


Breakfast, lunch & dinner | We’ll eat breakfast and dinner at the refuges, normally traditional savoyard food, fuelling us for the day to come, and take our packed lunches each day into the mountains. On Day 3 we’ll share a final, celebratory dinner before parting ways. Just remember to bring your own packed lunch on Day 1 and any extra snacks you can’t hike without!

Transport | Transport will be provided to and from Morzine, to reach the start and end of the hike. You will be required to be in Morzine for the morning of June 21, and we will arrive back into Morzine on the evening of June 23.

Fitness |
A good level of fitness will be required to join this trip. You will be carrying your own pack and hiking in varied terrain with elevation and descent. If you have any queries surrounding this, don’t hesitate to connect via email and let’s chat!

Day 1 | Brison - Refuge de Lessy [Pick up from Morzine]
Distance: 9.5km
Elevation: +652m
Descent: -390m

Day 2 | Refuge de Lessy - Refuge Gramusset
Distance: 13km
Elevation: +990m
Descent: -570m

Day 3 | Refuge Gramusset - Saint Jean de Sixt [Drop off to Morzine]
Distance: 15km
Elevation: +370m
Descent: -1350m

Yoga mats can be provided | Flights and airport transfers not included | Nearest airport is Geneva, 90 minutes from Morzine
